2B brave act brave: Life's hard everywhere, treatments are seldom pleasant, but this is something a grown man needs to address. "Sensitive" or not, I bet you can tolerate a salicylic acid wash, I'll be surprised. Adding topical clindamycin could be the best next step. Ignore "scare" stuff on doctor-bashing sites; antibiotics for acne are reasonably safe and effective but are not good to use alone without topicals.
