Currently ttc, i had a period on the 21 of june, and had sex during ovulation. i had a hcg test friday but was negative. could it have been to early?

Possibly: You don't mention when you ovulated or how long your cycle is. Depending on the sensitivity of the test you used, last Friday could be too early for a negative pregnancy test to be reliable. Repeat the test once your period is late and that should be more reliable. Hope this helps.
