Can't say for sure: You could be abnormal for 3-6 months, but most not this long. Ovulation does not have to coincide w/menstruation, so yes, one might come back "on line" before the other. If ttc, should not be worried if no luck for 2-4 months. If longer, may want to d/w your gyn.
