"PCOD" (polycystic ovarian disease) causes irregular to absent ovulation. Duphaston may cause withdrawal bleeding, but does usually not increase fertility. Ovulation induction can be successful, so get a referral to a fertility physician who can monitor and add additional testing. Cramps may indicate onset of withdrawal bleeding from Duphaston, but not pregnancy.
