No official rec but: CoQ10 naturally occurs in every cell of our bodies so it's not considered an essential nutrient & there is no officially recommended dose. However, I advise a healthy person take 50 mg/day of the Ubiquinol form (which is better absorbed) as a preventive anti-aging agent.
