PYCOGENOL 1mgm/Kgm: There is no study to suggest that pycogenol is effective therapy for fibromyalgia, but the recmmended dose is 1mgm per kgm. Coq 10 has been recommended by many for muscle pain due to drugs statins used to reduce cholesterol, and its use for other conditions is controversal, if you like to try use 100 mgm per day and if your symptoms do not improve in one month stop taking it.

Pycogenol ande Coenz: Both of these supplements have antioxidant properties with theoretical and anectodal support. I am not aware of any well designed research studies that demonstrate that this is an effective treatment for this condition. Generally more effective than any one modality or pill is a medically supervised interdisciplinary approach that is individualized to the patients needs.
