Unlikley: Do not know what is in disc supplements, but drinking vegetable juice is not likely to give you an overdose of vitamins. There are few vitamins which can produce significant overdoses. If you are concerned, stop the supplements. They are completely unnecessary and will only damage your financial standing.

Dr. Raff, 70% of Americans have suboptimal levels of Vit. D (see http://www.newswithviews.com/Howenstine/james4.htm ) and low vitamin D is associated with increased overall mortality. It is virtually impossible to obtain optimal levels of Vit D from diet alone during the winter months. In addition, less than 25% of Americans have the DRI (daily recommended intake) of Folate from diet, only 32% have the DRI of magnesium, 45% get adequate A, 14% get the DRI of Vit E, 52% Vit C, 58% enough ZInc, 65% Vit the DRI of B6 etc. (see http://www.ars.usda.gov/services/docs.htm?docid=11046 for the official USDA statistics on this). It can be argued that the DRI's are conservative and inadequate, as there are many environmental toxins that increase our need for these essential nutrients, and many commonly-taken pharmaceuticals also increase needs. What is your evidence that supplements are "completely unnecessary?"

Highly unlikely: Vitamin toxicity is very rare. The only way to take too many vitamins is from over 50, 000 units of a/day for at least 18 mos, at least 40, 000 iu of d for many months, over 1000 units of vit e for months & over 250 mg of b6/day for months. The amount of these in juices is negligible. Most vitamin toxicity is reversible, though a could cause permanent liver damage & b6 permanent neuropathy.
