No: So if you are considering clomid (clomiphene) i assume that means you had at least 2 abnormal semen analyses and labs and some kind of exam first showing a treatable problem. The volume of semen is mostly irrelevant. The amount of sperm is the important part. In some men clomid (clomiphene) can increase sperm count
