Mostly, yes: if popcorn is air popped and not covered with butter, oils, and salt, it is a reasonably healthy snack option. It does contain fiber which is good for your digestion and complex carbohydrates and is naturally low in fat and calories. When lightly buttered though, it goes from about 30 cal per cup to about 135 cal per cup. Enjoy!
