Popping?: Your brain itself has no nerves, so I believe the sensation you are experiencing is coming from your sinuses and I believe your sinuses are probably infected and may be causing your dizziness, as well. Go see an ENT doctor for verification.

Dizzyness: Confused. You state you are perfectly healthy but then say you are dizzy and your brain is popping. I would see a Dr. keep a diary of events so you can describe onset off set what makes it better/worse where does it go and Meds you are on.
