Could igm mgus be related to a condition other than blood cancers?

Not to my knowledge: This lab anomaly has a small risk of progressing to Waldenstrom's but most people never have a probem even after decades. I have never heard of any other association. It's unusual at age 36 and the test might be worth repeating because of the possibility of a lab error.
