Postural hypotension: Getting up quickly from bed can cause a brief drop in blood pressure - this effect is stronger if you are under warm covers (this causes your skin to flush and it's harder for your body to compensate to a quick change in posture). Getting up to quickly can even cause you to pass out. The usual solution is to get up gradually - sit at the side of the bed for 30 seconds then get up more slowly.
