Where to start..: Write down your "top of the list" 1 or 2 health concerns, eg, fatigue, poor sleep, motivation, relationships. Include how long a problem, what you've tried that's helped/not helped. Include all meds you take including OTC/herbal supplements/birth control, alcohol/drug/tobacco use, current stresses. Discuss this with pcp and ask for advice/referral to a mental health professional if appropriate.
