Diarrhea: keep the baby o rice cereal, apple banana, no milk or formula for 24 hours, give pedialyte instead as tolerated, keep the baby hydrated & control the fever with Tylenol (acetaminophen) as needed, progress back to regular diet gradually, if getting worse or fever increased, or seems weak take the baby to your pediatrician or ER. good luck
