My 7 yr old son has had diarrhea for 3 days. day 1 he also had vomiting. along with a temp 2 of these days. is there anything that can help him.

Fluids: For kids with vomiting and diarrhea, the most common cause will be viral and the best cure is rest and fluids - it can be juice, 7-up, pedialyte, gatorade, jello or soup - whatever he can keep down that has some sugar and electrolyte in it. These illnesses are self-limited anywhere between 1-5 days. If he cannot keep fluids in, he will need to be checked by a doctor.
