Im having rhinoplasty next month. i am healthy, take no meds. with arnica & bromelain, should you take arnica before and bromelain after sugery? why?

No difference.: Likely no significant difference with or without those 2 agents. Much more important is skill of surgeon and following surgeon's instructions. Make sure your surgeon is a board certified facial plastic surgeon. Ask him/her their preference about those 2 agents.
