Hey im 17 years old and it feels like there is a lump below my glands either in my trachea and/or esophagus. there are no other persisting symptoms ?

Normal node: you either are feeling a normal lymph node or salivary gland. If you have pain, fever or many of them see a doctor. Without any symptoms I suspect you are fine.
