Can growths that are like tonsil stones come from deeper down into the throat, from other glands, the trachea, the esophagus, and even the lungs?

Well: I've always understood tonsil stones to be food debris broken down by bacteria that get stuck in the crypts of your tonsils. Never heard of this entity anywhere else. Just wash them out or brush them away
