Raspy voice,chronic cough docs said no swelling n tests r neg for strep. what could cause this been 2w still no change.

Sinusitis?: Sinusitis can cause all your symptoms, due to post nasal drainage. If bending head down causes increase pressure or dizzy, could be sinusitis. Might try nasal saline spray, warm compresses to face to see if helps. If sinus, need antibiotics 10-14 days. Other possible cause could be viral infection such as Mono, and that would need to be diagnosed by lab work. Both can cause extreme fatigue
