Not very safe: If your baby is having diarrhea, more conservative treatment with elctrolyte replacement and a temporary diet modification in avoiding dairy products and juices would be preferable in this age group. If no improvent in 7-10 days, then get him examined by your child's pediatrician for stool testing as indicated and applicable treatment. Good luck!

Contraindicated: this is a toxic mixture of The antibiotics norfloxacin and metronidazole.This appears to be an irrational combination available from India. No way should you ever give your toddler an antibiotic without a physician's approval! A major risk would be wiping out your child's normal bacterial flora and allowing Clostridium to overgrow leading to colitis and to death
