Get to ER/call 911: First, get to an ER or call 911 if you are truly considering harming/killing yourself. If you can't drive or make the call, get someone you know/trust to help. Second, reaching out for help suggests you have not given up. If therapy/meds are not working, this fact and current suicidal thoughts should be discussed with a provider you trust and that can help. There are always other options. Be well.
