You know.: This is a hefty combination, and might very well be too sedating. But if it is, you can tell, by how sedated you are: do you tend to sleep too long? Do you feel "hungover" or groggy in the mornings? If you have to get up; in the middle of the night, do you feel "intoxicated"?
