Need more info: is it vitiligo where you have no skin color or just lighter color we call hypo-pigmented .

Need more info: the easiest thing to do is to have a doctor, might as well go to a dermatologist, to see the lesions you talk about. sometimes you may be able to take a good picture and send it to someone. unfortunately, the answer is in seeing them
