No Worries: Having that occur does not put you at increased risk in the future. it is very common. And there is no reason you cannot conceive and carry. Obviously it would be more concerning if it happened again. There is always a chance. Ironically, at a young age, it is a little more common

No increased risk: Because you conceived, you have excluded the sometimes insurmountable problems an infertile couple have to face. Humans have a very high rate of non-viable conceptions, and over half of recognized miscarriages have been proven to be due to random abnormal number of chromosomes incompatible with survival. Your risk of a miscarriage is now no higher than that of any woman without 3+ miscarriages.
