Neck pain: Spasm of the neck & shoulders muscles occurs from poor posture, especially while using devices (e.g.. phone, tablet , laptop or desk computer), causes pain, tension headaches and sometimes tingling in the arms. A physical therapist can help to ensure the head and spine are aligned correctly by teaching postural exercises, in addition to use of muscle relaxers and pain relievers.
