Dark brown thing is coming out of my vigina .when i pee is red with brown and a lot of little brown spots i guess and on my under wear is like creamy.

Infection, maybe STD: It sounds like you have some sort of genital infection. If you are sexually active, an STD is likely, e.g., gonorrhea, chlamydia, or trichomonas. See a doctor ASAP. Don't wait for Monday; do it tomorrow even if it means a visit to an urgent care clinic or emergency room. Ask your sex partner(s) if he or they have discharge or painful urination -- if so, they also need to be seen ASAP.
