See a gynecologist: Unfortunately without an examination, it's hard to say exactly what this is. I would definitely make an appointment today. Consider whether or not this is related to exposures in your laundry/sheets or maybe it has something to do with sexual practices. Track when they come and go and have a conversation with your MD.
