Related?: May not be related. White spot may be a tonsilolith (tonsil stone). You could have an ear problem or a TMJ problem. Other TMJ symptoms inclulde painful chewing, jaw clicking, limited oral opening. Best bet is to see an ENT doc to assess both problems. If TMJ, ask for referral to TMJ expert.
