Which antibody?: It sounds like you are referring to an antibody screening test which is done on all pregnant women. Some antibodies are significant during pregnancy, some only matter if you are receiving blood during a transfusion and others do not matter at all. Ask your doctor to go over your specific test result and explain the clinical significance
