My anal fissure is healing and 2 sentinel tags at 3o clk and 9 o clk position.when i go to bm it ll swell n aft bm it ll shrink.how to shrink get rid ?

Fissure will be at 6: Fissure will be at 6 o clock position most of the time , most likely you have painful inflamed hemorrhoids , see you doctor to confirm diagnosis take stool softeners , high fibre diet , ointments alng with local care , sitze baths etc , will get relief most of the time in couple of wks .

Time: It would be better to give it time. The skin tags will scar and shrink on their own.
