Probably not: most likely it is a hemangioma but it should be checked periodically to watch for enlargement.

Liver lesions: It sounds like this was an "incidental" discovery when you had a scan for some unrelated matter. In your age group, nodular hyperplasia, adenoma and benign vascular tumors would be common. That size probably does warrant some action, so don't just ignore this. While unlikely to be malignant, it's best not to wait till its bigger.
