Dang Nabbit!: You need to apply ice to it. Elevate the foot higher than your heart and stay off it. Take a pain reliever. The main concern is whether or not the toe has been fractured. Depending on which toe you might want toe to try splinting it some how. X-rays are the surest way to see the possible bone damage.
