A member asked:

Hypokinesia of anterior and lateral walls, does this situation demand operation or is it curable by medicines?

Heart?: I assume you are describing an echocardiogram of your heart. If so, this indicates that a good portion of the heart is not contracting as it should be. This could be due to a prior heart attack or more worrisome by ongoing lack of blood supply - depends on symptoms and the circumstances of the test. Surgery or medicines would be considered based upon the cause. Talk with the ordering doc!
