Tachypnea: There are several possibilities including Allergy to Augmentin (amoxicillin and clavulanate) and or Pneumonia . If you are extremely short of breath you need to go to your nearest emergency room immediately. If you have no one to help you, I would recommend an ambulance especially if you have any cardiac history
