Normal yes caution: This is typical in my clinical experience with those who kick the habit. You do want to be concerned in this situation if you develop high fever with frequent cough that produces thick greenish brownish sputum, sudden shaking chills. For your scenario, most risk is in going back to cigarettes. There are many better alternatives to deal with cravings and prevent going back down that road.
