Lymph Node Swelling: Greetings. An enlarged lymph node should be evaluated and treated. In my practice, I would treat you with an antibiotic. After 14 days, the node should have shrunk in size. If it was still enlarging, then an image guided biopsy would be ordered. The sooner you are evaluated, the sooner you are treated. Good Luck.
