Hard to say: Without the ability to examen the area it's a bit difficult to say what the significance is.If the area is red, tender or painful the swelling could represent some infection. But it doesn't sound like what you are describing.Slight injury to an area of the body can result in some inflammation and swelling of that part.It doesn't sound like anything serious but you would need to see a Dr for a Dx
