Need to confirm: it is "allergic" rhinitis by proper diagnosis and allergy testing, hence if you're a candidate to specific immunotherapy, vaccines to retrain your immune system not to react to agents you're proven to be allergic to, carries more than 80% succes rate in reducing symptoms, and need for drugs, your best option is to find an allergist who can manage you right, meanwhile nasal wash, antihistamines

No quick fix: There is no cure. However management consists of (a) identifying the allergens and avoid them if possible (b) medications- nasal steroid would be the best one to try (c) allergy shots if indicated. You may need to consult an allergist for your condition.
