Yes, it is.: If you have colon cancer and spots in your liver, those spots are most likely due to metastatic disease. Benign liver cysts are common and can cause spots in your liver, but the radiologists can usually tell the difference. You are very young to have metastatic colon cancer, but it is possible. You may need a biopsy of the liver lesions to determine what they are. Best of luck to you.

Unfortunately yes: Sorry to read this. I assume you will have some sort of tissue diagnosis soon, either with a CT-guided biopsy of a liver lesion or through a colonoscopy. If you are found to have cancer at your age, you should have genetic testing.
