Left sided pain: May be constipation or gas in the splenic flexure of the colon, may be from a kidney stone. Check U/A try maalox . i have also seen pain with mycoplasma/ ureoplasma infection in vagina without any vaginal symptoms responds to zithromax. rarely reflux seems too low or ovarian ( need sonogram) f/u w/ urgent care
