Can i make ibuprofen into a paste to numb my skin??

Not likely: Ibuprofen is not absorbed through the skin to create numbness. This will not work and may sensitize you to the drug. If you need temporary numbness you can always ice the area. All of this depends upon why you need numbness and for how long?
