What is my ideal weight?

Healthy weight range: At one's routine check-up, he can ask about his "ideal" weight, which usually means his "healthy weight range". The best weight for a person varies, depending on amount of muscle, body build, any medical problems, etc... For a guy, a quick estimate is 106 pounds for the first 5 feet of height, plus 6 pounds for each additional inch. So, for a 68" person, an estimate can be 106+48 = 154 pounds.
