Possible mono: Mononucleosis can cause swollen lymph nodes and fatigue. However, other things can cause swollen lymph nodes including a bacterial infection in your mouth or nose, or even certain types of cancer. You are young so cancer is much less likely. If these lymph nodes have been swollen for several weeks, you need to see a doctor. Good luck!
