Mri came back clear of tears/loose bodies. but small suprapatellar effusion, trace knee effusion w/thin superior suprapatellar plica. future issues?

Maybe : The superior plica usually regresses. When it doesn't there may become a time when you need to get it taken care of. Still it doesn't seem to explain the effusion. Should it become obvious the plica is responsible then it will need to be taken care of
