Need to see doctor: WE need results of the child's CBC(Complete blood count and diffrnetial counts. based on the abnormalities you should seek consultation with a child specialist(pediatrician). it could be due to a viral illness. On the other hand a lymphoma or acute lymphocytic leukemia needs to be ruled out. So you should go see a specialist ASAP.
