No: Doing abs exercises should not make you constipated. In fact, it will not affect your bowels at all. If you are having constipation, consider increasing the amount of fiber in your diet, and perhaps even taking a fiber supplement such as Metamucil. If you do this, you should increase your fluid intake also. Good luck.
