Not enough info: Two issues: 1. Your heart rate. 140 is very high. an EKG was reasonable but other testing should be done if you continue to show tachycardia. 2. The fluid around the baby's heart sounds like you are describing a pericardial effusion. If so then referral to a specialist should be done. A fetal echocardiogram may be considered. If it expanding and since you are term delivery may be needed
