Can hemmroids "not" cause any bleeding.. when they are prolapsed? and can they cause constipation and the rectum to spasm making bm harder?

Yes. Yes. : Not all hernias bleed. They can occasionally exacerbate any constipation you already have. I am not sure that they cause "spasm" per se, but they can cause discomfort that makes it harder for you to defecate. Defecation is a voluntary act and discomfort around the anus can interfere with this act.
