Front? back? hip?: It kinda depends on where you have the lump. If in your groin you could be talking about a hernia. If higher up on the belt line, it may just be a lump in your skin which could be a benign cyst or benign fatty tumor. Hard to eval over the computer. Try to get in and see someone so they can examine you.
