I have red bumps that itch like crazy. after a while they turn into one big scaley patch. they are above my brow and waist line. what could this be?

Infection?: It is difficult from brief description but scabies is an infection that is very itchy at night. Any condition that is this itchy needs medical attention as soon as possible for a proper diagnosis and treatment.
